Development of Harvé Benard apparel collections begins more than a year prior to ship date. Manufacturing is primarily done in Eastern Europe, under the supervision of company personnel based at Harvé Benard overseas offices.
In late September 2006, Harvé Benard was acquired by Wellington Capital Group, a private equity fund established and managed by Joey Gabbay since its inception in 2005. Wellington has real estate holdings throughout the U.S., primarily consisting of commercial properties.
